Journey Through the Chakras
Want more balance, expansion, and clarity in your everyday life? Join us in this experiential and informational series on the 7 main chakras. During this 8 week series beginning with an introductory class, each week we will cover the importance of the different chakras and tools you can use in everyday life. Topics will include meditation, breathing exercise, affirmations, movement, essential oils, crystals, and discussion on how the chakras affect your body and overall well-being. By the end of the series you will have a better understanding of the chakra system, how they impact your well-being, and have practical tools to stay balanced, clear, and open.
