Loving Presence
"The most miraculous outcomes are attracted to those who dare to slow down."
-Matt Kahn
We can search the world for years seeking fulfillment and left feeling empty; yet the very thing we search for is found within all long. Take the step on to the sacred journey inward.
Loving Presence
We're conditioned to go..go..go, led to believe our worth is defined by our productivity and status. Where does that constant pressure and activity leave us though? We're left burnt out, anxious, depressed, and lonely yet still continue to push on- cycling that same hamster wheel to distract from those very feelings.
It's time to slow down. It's time to rest, nurture, and genuinely be kind to ourselves. It's time to connect and be present with ourselves.
When was the last time you sat quietly and asked yourself "What do I need?" Or give yourself the support, space, and encouragement to fully experience your emotions, so they have the opportunity to move through you and be released? When was the last time you told yourself "I love you.”
Truly being present with yourself and listening to your inner guidance is a practice that goes deeper than simply watching a favorite movie or eating a favorite meal. Being Present with yourself is connecting, validating, listening, and loving yourself wholeheartedly without distraction of a screen or trying to solve a problem. It's about being seen and heard.
Most of us haven't been taught to love ourselves. We can become the parents our inner child longs for and be our own best friend in the most fulfilling way. It's okay to acknowledge we might not know how. Slow down allowing your inner child and higher self to show you the way of loving presence, and open yourself to feel the embrace of vulnerable unconditional love within.
You are the one you've been waiting for.
